COVID 19 POLICY

Bookings

Bookings are essential and we will require contact details for all members of each group booking.

All tables will be spaced at the required 2 metres, to ensure social distancing as per government regulations.

All booking sizes will comply with current Welsh Government guidelines.

We will regrettably not be able to accept solo bookings for our upcoming events at present

The Team

We are ensuring we follow the Welsh government guidelines on how we create a safe working environment for our team, across all aspects of our operation.

We have increased hygiene practises and the provision of appropriate PPE equipment.

Daily temperature checks are in place for all members of our team.

All staff will be wearing a face covering throughout our events and courses when indoors or where social distancing of 2 metres cannot be achieved.

Our Events

All our events will take place in the great outdoors, unless otherwise advertised or agreed.

Each group booking will be sat at least 2 metres apart from other diners, as per government guidelines.

All of our equipment, tables, dining chairs and touch-points will be thoroughly sanitised by our teams before and after every event.

All kitchen equipment is thoroughly cleaned before and after each event.

All non disposable serve ware including cutlery will be thoroughly cleaned. All other disposable cutlery & serve ware will be recycled accordingly.

Face coverings are only required to be worn outside when social distancing of 2 metres is not possible.

Where possible, we will serve our food sharing style, however platters will be served per household booking only.

NHS Test and Trace

The NHS Test and Trace poster will be displayed at each of our events. If you have the NHS COVID-19 app you can quickly and easily ‘check in’ by scanning the QR code. If you do not have the App, we will be providing every guest with a Check In form to be submitted prior to each event which will be submitted to NHS Test and Trace.

Live Fire Cookery Experience

All of our courses currently take place outdoors, with plenty of space and air-flow.

There will be no shared equipment – you will have your own equipment, utensils and pre-portioned ingredients provided.

We have a maximum of 14 guests on our courses, to allow you to remain a safe distance from other guests.

All of our surfaces and equipment are thoroughly cleaned before and after every single event.

Hand washing facilities and hand-sanitiser are available for guests to use throughout the sessions.

Face coverings are only required to be worn outside when social distancing of 2 metres is not possible.

Government Advice - what to do if you have symptoms

Stay at home for 14 days if you have either:

 • A high temperature

 • A new continuous cough

If one person in any household has a persistent cough or fever, everyone living there must stay at home for 14 days. This will help to protect others in your community while you are infectious.

Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. You do not need to contact NHS 111 to tell them you’re staying at home.
